Started back running today after a couple of months without doing any and boy did I know about it.
Did my prom loop with the wind behind on the way out and right in my face on the way back. Very tough and I was very tired.
Met a friend Steve on the way back who I found out runs five times a week (impressive).
Just managed to get home cold and tired and it felt like when I first started back earlier this year:
